Racharikam Movie Analysis:
The director has presented the first half of the film by revealing the love story of Shiva and Bhargavi along with the political struggle in the Rachakonda region. It seems that action and violence have been given more importance. The chemistry of the heroines in the love track is well worked out. Appara Rani impresses with her glamour.
The twist that comes in the interval has made the audience curious about what will happen in the second half. The tricks that Vivek and Bhargavi use on each other are thrilling. The way Bhargavi, who dreams of becoming a politician, is shown to face obstacles from her own family members is good. The climax is ended with a message. This movie is completely set in the backdrop of Rayalaseema. Writing the dialogues in the dialect of that region is a plus.
The point made by the director in the monarchy is nothing new. Many films have come to this point in the past. The screenplay is routine and the characterizations in the second half do not feel properly elevated.
Racharikam Movie Actors Performance:
Apsara Rani appeared in a role with different shades in the Racharikam movie. She was impressed with her acting along with glamour. Her character develops surprisingly in the second half. Varun Sandesh appeared in a negative role in this, completely different from the lover boy image. He did justice to the serious role. This is a movie that introduces him as an actor in a new dimension. Vijay Shankar seemed okay as the hero. Vijaya Ramaraju's villainism was elevated in the movie. Vengi songs and BGM stood out as an asset.
Conclusion:
Racharikam is a political action thriller movie. Varun Sandesh, Apsararani is worth watching for his acting.
